1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and hopejl ("hopejl," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online casino and gaming platform accessible at hopejl.app.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or accessing any game or feature on the hopejl platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. 3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and play on hopejl. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine gaming law. hopejl reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, and will suspend any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accumulated on an Account found to belong to an underage player shall be forfeited in full.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The hopejl platform is operated under Philippine jurisdiction and is intended for players physically located within the Philippines. Players who are citizens or residents of jurisdictions that prohibit online gambling are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

3.3 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and a valid Philippine identification document. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. hopejl reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each player is strictly permitted to hold only one registered Account on hopejl. If you already have an existing Account, you must not create a new one. Holding multiple Accounts — including Accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. hopejl employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be closed, all balances forfeited, and any pending withdrawals cancelled.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

hopejl is required under PAGCOR licensing conditions and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct KYC verification on all registered players. You agree to provide, upon request, identity documents including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, Postal ID, Driver's License, or Philippine Passport), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation where required. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified will result in withdrawal restrictions and may lead to Account suspension.

4 Account Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) used for two-factor authentication. You must not share your login details with any third party. hopejl will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised use of your Account, you must notify hopejl's support team immediately at [email protected]. hopejl will investigate all such reports and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending Account access pending investigation.

4.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to hopejl at registration and throughout your use of the platform is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including but not limited to false identity documents, fictitious addresses, or misrepresentation of age — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your hopejl Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

hopejl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, and BDO. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your hopejl Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. hopejl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money laundering protocols. Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have completed KYC identity verification. hopejl aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within minutes, while bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. hopejl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

5.3 Currency

All Player Funds on the hopejl platform are denominated and transacted in Philippine Peso (₱). There are no currency conversion fees applied to GCash or PayMaya transactions. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own financial service providers in connection with transactions.

5.4 Transaction Finality

Deposits are final and non-refundable once confirmed, except in cases of demonstrable technical error. If you believe a deposit was processed in error, you must contact hopejl support within 24 hours of the transaction. Requests submitted outside this window may not be actionable.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

hopejl offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. These specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits during bonus play, expiry dates, and withdrawal caps — form part of these Terms & Conditions and are binding on players who opt in to a promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. If the time period expires before wagering requirements are met, any remaining Bonus Funds will be forfeited without compensation.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

hopejl employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing opposing bets to guarantee a wagering outcome, using software or automated tools to fulfil wagering requirements, or any other strategy that hopejl determines constitutes an attempt to manipulate the promotional system. Where bonus abuse is detected, hopejl reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and close the relevant Account.

6.4 Promotional Changes

hopejl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonuses already credited to your Account at the time of a promotion's discontinuation will be honoured subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

7.1 Random Number Generation

All games available on the hopejl platform — including slots, bingo, fishing arcade titles, and table games — utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by our licensed game providers. Game outcomes are independently determined and cannot be predicted or manipulated. hopejl does not control individual game outcomes.

7.2 Game Provider Rules

7.4 Disconnection Policy

If your internet connection is disrupted during a game round, hopejl's systems will continue the round to completion based on the pre-disconnection game state. Your final outcome will be recorded and reflected in your Account balance when you next log in. hopejl is not liable for losses attributable to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hopejl platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering as an underage player or misrepresenting your age
• Opening more than one Account on the platform
• Using the Account of another person or allowing another person to use your Account
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illicit financial activity
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to hopejl
• Making threats, using abusive language, or harassing hopejl staff or other players
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory
• Any conduct that hopejl reasonably determines to be in breach of fair play standards

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the hopejl platform — including but not limited to the hopejl brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, game assets licensed from providers, and software — is owned by or licensed to hopejl and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hopejl platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the hopejl platform without the prior written consent of hopejl.

Game content is owned by the respective game providers and is licensed to hopejl for distribution. All intellectual property rights in individual games remain with their respective owners.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hopejl shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind

hopejl's total aggregate liability to any single player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their hopejl Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit hopejl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

hopejl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on hopejl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with regulatory bodies including PAGCOR where required by law, and with licensed payment processors including GCash and PayMaya for the purposes of transaction processing and fraud prevention.

13 Amendments to These Terms

hopejl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hopejl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the hopejl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable regulations issued by PAGCOR. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to hopejl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. The parties agree to exhaust all available alternative dispute resolution options before initiating formal legal proceedings.

The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms that are not resolved through alternative dispute resolution.
